Any follow-up or warranty applies only according to the written terms issued for the job.
Waterproofing Work
Waterproofing quotations apply to the areas and conditions identified during assessment.
Hidden leakage sources, structural defects, plumbing problems, or additional affected areas may require further assessment and additional work.

Cleaning Work
Cleaning bookings cover the tasks and areas agreed before work begins.
Customers must identify delicate surfaces, existing damage, valuable items, or areas requiring special handling.
Work requested outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Payments
Customers are responsible for paying the confirmed amount for an order or booked work.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout or communicated during booking.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customers who need to cancel or reschedule booked work should contact Pro Pest Exterminators as early as possible.
Appointments may also be rescheduled where access, preparation, weather, safety, or site conditions prevent completion of the agreed work.
